Zao appears to have been characterized as a hardcore Christian rock band.
This was apparently their official site (home page to be more accurate) until 2000. This kind of content is currently not available from the current version of riff.org
For all we know, there is absolutely no relationship between this "zAo", and the french band going under the same name in the 70s.
